Messaging and consent
Last updated 31 October 2026
CG, from Callgentic Inc., is operated by 711 Web Services LLC. This page sets out
exactly how someone comes to receive a text message from us, what we send, and
how to stop - the whole consent experience, in one place.
Who sends these messages
- 711 Web Services LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA, trading as CG (Callgentic).
- The text campaign was registered with carriers under the service's earlier name, CareLoops.
- Messages are sent from +1 857 322 5524 (857-3-CALL-CG), +1 858 225 5436 (858-CALL-GEN) and +1 854 227 3566 (our older line).
- They go only to people who have asked CG to text them, using the number they gave us themselves.
How people opt in: by telephone
- This is the main way, and it happens during a call the person places to us.
- The caller dials +1 857 322 5524, the number on callcg.com, or one of the two others above. The assistant answers and says it is CG, the AI assistant from Callgentic.
- It asks what to call them, and asks them to choose a four to six digit code. They speak it or tap it on the keypad, and it is read back to confirm.
- Before the call ends the assistant offers to text them a link that opens their assistant. The caller has to agree. The exact words are: "Would you like me to text you a link to get started?"
- Only if they say yes do we send anything. The first message is the one shown below.
- No text goes to a number that has not opted in by one of these paths.
How people opt in: by messaging us first
- Someone can text +1 857 322 5524, the number on callcg.com, or one of the two others above, from the number they want us to use.
- Texting us first is consent for us to reply to them on that number, and nothing more.
- They are asked for their code before the assistant will do anything with their account.
How people opt in: by signing in to the web app
- The person types their mobile number at callcg.com/app and we text a 6-digit code. Typing the code back is the consent to receive that text and the replies that follow.
How people opt in: on WhatsApp
- A person who messages our WhatsApp number consents to replies there. WhatsApp is not SMS.
The first messages someone receives
- Two texts, sent together, exactly as below (the link is different for each person):
- CallCG: you're set up. Text or call this number any time - it's your assistant. Reply STOP to opt out.
- Your CallCG web app: https://callcg.com/s/ab12cd
- Replying STOP to either one stops all messages from us.
What we send after that
- Reminders the person asked us to set, at the time they chose.
- Alerts about something they asked us to watch, such as a price on a page they sent us.
- A notice when a task they asked for is finished - for example, quotes from local businesses they asked us to ring.
- Replies to messages they send us.
- We never send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message anyone who has not asked us to.
Frequency, cost and stopping
- Message frequency varies and depends on how the person uses CG.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@711web.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
