What you agree to when you use CG, what it does not promise, and how its text messages work.

What CG is

CG is a personal assistant that you reach by phone call, by text message, by WhatsApp and in our web app. It sets reminders, looks things up, asks other AIs for you, watches things you ask it to watch and, where that is switched on, rings businesses on your behalf when you ask it to.
It is software, not a person. It can be wrong, it can mishear you on a call, and it can be unavailable.
It is not an emergency service. Never rely on it to get help urgently, and never rely on it for medical, legal or financial advice.
Answers from other AIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek) and document reviews come from those companies' models. They can be wrong too, and they are not professional advice.

Your phone number identifies your account. On a call, a voice code you choose protects it; for the web app, we text you a 6-digit sign-in code. Anyone who has your number and a code can reach what you have stored, so do not share either.
Tell us promptly if you lose your number or think someone else has a code.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the number you give us must be yours.
To sign up you need a US or UK mobile number with a SIM. Internet and virtual numbers cannot open an account.

CG sends transactional text messages only: the link that sets up your account, reminders you asked us to set, alerts you asked us to watch for, notices when a task you asked for is finished, and replies to messages you send us.
We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
You consent to these messages when you ask us to text you - on a call with the assistant, or by messaging us first.
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use CG.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or email info@711web.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

When you call us you are talking to an automated assistant, and it says so.
Calls with CG are transcribed so the assistant can remember what you asked for. Audio is kept only once you have verified who you are, and every recorded call is announced. The Privacy Policy says how long that is kept and how to have it deleted.
When the assistant rings a business for you it says who it is and who it is calling for. It never pretends to be you.

Do not use CG to harass anyone, to place calls someone has asked you to stop, or for anything unlawful.
Do not give us numbers you are not entitled to contact.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We do not promise CG will always be available or that a reminder will always arrive. It runs on servers that can fail, and on networks we do not control.
A quote or a fact the assistant reports back came from somebody else. We pass on what was said; we do not guarantee it is right.
Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous three months.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial on our shared number, no card: 30 minutes of calls with CG, 50 texts and up to 100 questions to the AIs, with WhatsApp included. The trial does not include calls CG places for you or errands. When the trial ends, CG pauses until paid plans launch. Your account, contacts and reminders are kept; messages and transcripts follow the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
The CG plan is $9.99 a month, with your own CG number and $8.00 of credit each month. Calls cost 12 cents a minute. The plan is not on sale yet.
Some parts of CG are free and some are paid. What something costs is shown before you buy it, and we do not charge you for anything you have not agreed to.

You can stop at any time: reply STOP to texts, or email us to close your account and have your data deleted.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
